Once the filming or videotaping is completed the components are put together to first develop a rough-cut of the video that is equivalent to a first draft of a publication. Non-linear digital editing is a critical part of the process. Post-production work also includes laying in sound, music, narration, voice-overs, special effects, and computer graphics.

Typically the customer(s) will be involved in approving all phases of the production process including the budget, treatment, script, camera shot roster, locations, casting, key photography during on-site production, and the rough cut. The last step of the production process includes changes suggested by the focus group and/or expert panel, and the approval of the final cut by the customer(s) before the master is made.

Once the final master is completed, two back-up copies will be made and secured. KC will also be involved in the distribution process by duplicating copies for target audiences. KC's experts will also assist in promoting and marketing the product.
